The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either replace it or credit your account with the coupon code. You are eligible for a CREDIT/GIFT CARD or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 14 days to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted may not be eligible for Credit depending on the Store Refund Policy

If you are not happy with the product you purchased, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Store Credit and are valid within 30 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can’t be used to pay for shipping fees.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product can be exchanged for a different sample pack, provided that such variation is available. The price of the new product should be less than or equal to that of the original product. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Unfortunately, product that were marked as a Bundled when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
