Most frequent questions and answers
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail with a link to download your order. Additionally, you will be able to login to your 8bit Audio account, go to “Downloads” and find your download there.
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Order-Support to check whether we received your order.

Yes, you can request a new download link via support@8bit.audio using the email address you used for the original purchase.
All 8bit Audio sample packs and preset packs are 100% royalty free. However, redistribution and repackaging are strictly prohibited!
Rendering the project files and releasing the exact songs as your own original content is prohibited. However, using the samples, presets, loops, rhythms, melodies, etc included in the project files is perfectly acceptable. Products are delivered instantly via email. You will be sent a link for your download as well as an order confirmation.
We do not offer a refund at this time. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, you can contact us at support@8bit.audio, and we will try to resolve it or offer you store credit.
